Introduction

 

Yoantion stenter is tailor-made for each customer. It is applicable for finishing and setting of various fabric types.

 

For finishing and setting heavy fabrics and knitted elastic fabrics, a Yoantion stenter has its superior advantages. This is because of the special design of its hot air ducts in the chambers. Yoantion stenter air ducts are dual ducts which are optimized separately to adjust hot air volume and force. In this way, when it's finishing and setting heavy fabrics, the bottom hot air duct sends stronger air force to support the fabrics within its proper height. Thus this type of fabrics can have an even and nice finished quality.

 

For finishing and setting delicate fabrics needs special attention to snagging, such as silk, a Yoantion stenter also gives wonderful finishings to them. This is because the air nozzle boards (may in contact with the fabrics) are made of aluminized zinc iron material, which have such smooth surface that won't give any harm to the fabrics. In the meantime, the spreading rollers that made patented from Dexin, are free of weld points in the fabrics contact areas. Therefore, through rollers guiding the fabrics, the wire on the rollers does no harm to the delicate fabrics.

Energy Saving & Emission Reduction:

The chamber's reduced height minimizes the volume required to heat the same fabric surface, thus lowering the energy consumption. The side walls and top cover of the chamber are insulated with high-density thermal insulation material, keeping the temperature difference between the chamber's outer surface and ambient temperature around 8-10°C, significantly below the national industry standard. This effective insulation maximizes the utilization of heat inside the chamber, reducing the energy required per fabric unit. Additionally, the internal air duct designed for exhaust is insulated with the same material, isolating it from the outside air, which, combined with a single galvanized steel sheet separation from the chamber, reduces exhaust air resistance and also reduces energy losses.

The entire machine is equipped with high-quality, branded drives and controllers for precise and stable controlling. The control cabinet is designed with a standard configuration, including an independent air-conditioning unit, ensuring stable performance of the systems inside. The pneumatic constant-tensioner, which uses cylinders instead of springs, provides superior tension control, significantly reducing chain wear and improving durability. The liquid trough in the padder can automatically lifted for draining, which is achieved via a pneumatic mechanism with three cylinders, ensuring stable and reliable operation.

 

Low Labor Cost:

Maintenance and services costs are minimized thanks to the use of radial bearings combined with sliding dual-motion technology for the chain, which significantly reduces maintenance workload. The arrangement of the width-adjusting screw and internal air ducts prevents oil drops from condensation within the chamber, ensuring that fabric remains clean. Additionally, the machine is highly automated, with an easy-to-operate control panel and emergency stop buttons located at convenient spots.
